Congratulation to Hana!! Our recent collaboration with the group of J. Grúz already started to bring fruits as can be demonstrated by by our recent collaborative paper that was just accepted in Food Chemistry journal (https://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.foodchem.2014.08.131). In this paper we have shed some light on the synthesis and interconversion of discussed compounds.
